Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain secure and scalable network infrastructure.
  • Configure and manage routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and access points.
  • Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and prevent downtime.
  • Ensure cybersecurity best practices, including threat prevention and incident response.
  • Support connectivity for ERP systems, IoT devices, automation equipment, and cloud platforms.
  • Perform proactive maintenance, patching, and log analysis.
  • Participate in DR planning and execution.

Desired Candidate Profile

� Required Technical Skills

  • Network design, VLANs, routing, switching
  • Firewall administration (Fortinet, Cisco, Sophos, etc.)
  • VPN, remote access, and NAT policies
  • Server & infrastructure management (Windows/Linux basics)
  • Monitoring tools (PRTG, SolarWinds, ManageEngine)
  • Cybersecurity fundamentals & endpoint security
  • Exposure to IoT devices and manufacturing environments (preferred)

� Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Information Technology or related field
  • Preferred Certifications: CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+, Security+, Cloud certifications

  • Proactive approach to network stability and security
  • Ability to work in fast-paced manufacturing / industrial setups
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
