Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
What are you going to do
• Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practice to ensure efficient and secure operation.
• Provide technical support to end-users and liaise with IT team to resolve the IT related issues in a timely manner.
• Manage and Update TEMPO s foundational data and ensure access is granted to all respective members.
• Monitor TEMPO performance, identify area of improvement, and implement solution to enhance efficiency.
• Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Collaborate with IT CTRs and service providers to maintain technology to maximize productivity and usability.
• Plan and execute TEMPO upgrades, migration and maintenance activities to keep systems up-to-date through LNG IT team
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify risks and opportunities for improvement in information systems.
• Develop and generate regular reports to PMTs on system performance, usage metrics and IT security incidents.
• Analyze Data from reports to identify trends and area for improvement in TEMPO
• Assist Project Management Team (PMT) in delivering LNG Project Management System expectations as required, with emphasis on information management to ensure project objectives are met by supporting Interface team in the implementation of TEMPO.
• Establish and steward Project Information Management policies, processes, procedures, systems and controls and update as required to meet project deliverables and ensure interdependencies are managed and documented.
• Coordinate with Project Management Teams (PMT) to ensure alignment on the TEMPO implementation.
• Utilizes a systematic approach to problem solving, which ensures a satisfactory, well documented resolution with minimal guidance and within delegated authority limits and time constraints of Project.
Essential skills and knowledge
• Recommended 6+ of experience associated with Information Technology
• Preferred: Bachelor s degree or Diploma in engineering or Computer Science
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on teamwork and the ability to communicate and interact within Contractors and PMTs
• Strong Information and Technology skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft products and Power-BI
• Experience with generating reports & dashboards
• A thorough knowledge of software, codes and configuring software solution.
