We are seeking a vibrant and dynamic Full Time Influencer Talent Manager to join our team in Dubai on an immediate basis. This is a graduate-level position designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, particularly those with a passion for startups. As an Influencer Talent Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with top influencers across various social media platforms. Your primary goal will be to help increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and ultimately grow our client's online presence.

Role Responsibilities:

- Identify and connect with influencers who align with our client's brand values and target audience

- Negotiate and manage contracts, rates, and expectations with influencers

- Coordinate influencer marketing campaigns from inception to completion, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with influencers, acting as a primary point of contact for all communications

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to ensure our client's influencer marketing strategy remains cutting edge

- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, social media, and creative, to align influencer campaigns with broader marketing initiatives

- Support the development of influencer-focused content, including copywriting, image selection, and editing as needed

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including disclosures and guidelines set forth by regulatory bodies
