• Bachelor s degree in Nursing, Microbiology, or a related healthcare field required.
• Certification in Infection Control (CIC) is highly preferred and may be required.
• Proven experience in infection prevention and control in a healthcare setting is essential.
• Strong knowledge of hygiene regulations, hospital sanitation practices, and health protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to lead healthcare teams effectively.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams.
