Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The junior technician participates in maintenance, production, and technical improvement activities within the company. Under the supervision of a senior technician or team leader, they contribute to the proper functioning of industrial equipment and compliance with quality and safety standards.
Main missions:
- Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance of machines.
- Participate in the installation, testing and adjustment of industrial equipment.
- Identify technical anomalies and suggest simple improvements.
- Respect safety instructions and internal procedures.
- Collaborate with production and maintenance teams.
Desired Candidate Profile
Profile sought:
- Diploma in mechanics, industrial maintenance or industrial engineering (Bac+2/Bac+3).
- Good understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Team spirit, rigor, willingness to learn and sense of observation.
- Mastery of basic maintenance tools and reading of technical plans.
