Roles & Responsibilities

The intern will learn:

  • An inside view of Prometeon's work environment of multinational & exposure to the Tyre manufacturing.
  • A chance to develop strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Bsc. of Production / Mechanical Power / Electromechanics Engineering Alexandria University.

Graduates of the years (2025,2024) ONLY

Alexandria Residence ONLY.

Males applying should have a defined Military service status ( Complete exemption or served)

Excellent profession in using Computers and MS office is a MUST.

Proficient in Excel and Power BI for data analysis.

Solid Works & AutoCAD Experience is an Advantage.

Very Good analytical & reporting Skills.

Excellent English Commands both spoken & written.

Good communications skills with all levels of employees.

Attentive & capable of working under pressure.

Desired Candidate Profile

Measuring System Analysis ( Measurable and Attributes )

  • Quality Projects Follow up execution with Industrial Quality Team
  • Industrial Quality Process and plans following up and implementation.
  • Tests Reporting to the Direct Managers.
  • Track and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for quality.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to monitor quality KPIs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Ensure process stability and product quality through inspections.
  • Refine quality checklists and identify critical characteristics to prevent issues and reduce complaints.
  • Perform quality studies using control charts, process capability analysis, measurement system analysis (MSA), and gap analysis.
  • Champion continuos process improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain and update control plans and PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis).
  • Investigate root causes of product failures and implement corrective actions.
  • Utilize problem-solving tools to develop effective solutions.
  • Manage and communicate process and material changes effectively.
