Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare surfaces meticulously, including abrasive blasting, to ensure optimal paint adhesion and longevity of coatings.
  • Apply various industrial coatings using spray guns, brushes, and rollers, adhering to strict specifications and safety protocols.
  • Inspect painted surfaces for imperfections, such as runs, sags, or uneven coverage, and perform necessary touch-ups.
  • Mix paints and coatings according to precise formulas, considering environmental conditions and project requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundational level of education.
  • Holds a relevant certification in industrial painting or a related trade, showcasing formal training and expertise.
  • Demonstrates experience in the industrial painting industry, ideally with experience in the oil and gas or manufacturing sectors.
  • Boasts a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in industrial painting, proving practical skills and knowledge.
