Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Analyze production processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Utilize statistical methods and data analysis to forecast production needs and optimize resource allocation.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate engineering principles into product design and development.
  • Conduct time studies and work measurement techniques to establish standard operating procedures.
  • Implement quality control measures and assist in root cause analysis for product defects.
  • Manage projects from conception to implementation, ensuring they meet specifications and deadlines.
  • experience in Production planning and control , Production line balancing , Motion Study, Materials Planning and Inventory Control.
  • Familiar with manufacturing statistical tools

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in manufacturing or process engineering environments.
  • Certifications such as Six Sigma Green Belt or Lean Manufacturing are highly advantageous.
  • Experience in the automotive, aerospace, or electronics industries is preferred to align with our projects.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking skills are crucial for success.
  • Effective communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences are a must.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively across various departments.
  • Adaptability and a proactive approach to embracing new technologies and methodologies.
