Roles & Responsibilities


What You'll Do

  • Handle and resolve client support tickets using email, chat, WhatsApp, BIM LOG, and other platforms
  • Provide assistance on software usage, troubleshooting, and general operational questions
  • Diagnose and resolve issues with POS software, hardware, and business systems
  • Access client machines remotely to troubleshoot and install updates or fixes
  • Upgrade and maintain BIM POS software and patches on client systems
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution
  • Help improve documentation by writing and editing user manuals
  • Collect feedback and suggest improvements to enhance support quality

You Are a Great Fit If You:

  • Have 1 to 3 years of experience in a technical support or IT-related role
  • Hold a degree in MIS or a related IT/computer field
  • Have basic knowledge of SQL and a foundational understanding of software systems
  • Are confident and professional on the phone and in written communication
  • Have a positive, proactive attitude and a customer-success mindset
  • Are fluent in English (French is a plus)
  • Have basic programming knowledge (a plus, but not required)
