Roles & Responsibilities
What You'll Do
- Handle and resolve client support tickets using email, chat, WhatsApp, BIM LOG, and other platforms
- Provide assistance on software usage, troubleshooting, and general operational questions
- Diagnose and resolve issues with POS software, hardware, and business systems
- Access client machines remotely to troubleshoot and install updates or fixes
- Upgrade and maintain BIM POS software and patches on client systems
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution
- Help improve documentation by writing and editing user manuals
- Collect feedback and suggest improvements to enhance support quality
You Are a Great Fit If You:
- Have 1 to 3 years of experience in a technical support or IT-related role
- Hold a degree in MIS or a related IT/computer field
- Have basic knowledge of SQL and a foundational understanding of software systems
- Are confident and professional on the phone and in written communication
- Have a positive, proactive attitude and a customer-success mindset
- Are fluent in English (French is a plus)
- Have basic programming knowledge (a plus, but not required)
