Roles & Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and engage potential clients through field visits and in-office interactions to generate qualified leads.
  • Present and communicate the company s financial solutions clearly and professionally, tailoring recommendations to client needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to support long-term business partnerships.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Ensure accurate completion of sales documentation in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide timely market insights and customer feedback to management to support strategy and product refinement.
  • Participate in regular training and development sessions to stay up to date on offerings, trends, and best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • 1 3 years of proven experience in outdoor or direct sales, preferably within financial services, fintech, or e-commerce.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and building customer relationships.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
  • Flexibility to work in varying environments and adjust schedules based on sales activities.
