Roles & Responsibilities
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES/KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
1. support successful projects implementation - planning, monitoring, reporting, task assignment, and documentation
2. Assist on the standardization of Project Management Practices (Policies, Processes, Templates, and Tools)
3. Analyze PMO documentation library and project templates in order to support PMO initiatives achievement
4. Help as a reference point, for PMO queries and information, as well as an advocate so as to articulate and drive best practice
5. Check aggregated reporting for PMO management and monthly reporting pack in order to keep all stakeholders updated
6. Support the design, development, and implementation of structured processes in order to create management reports for project and schedule management metrics
7. Monitor projects/programs status through effective facilitation, tracking, and reporting and ensure it reach to relevant authorities for their set purposes
Key Accountabilities
1. Carry out daily operations assigned for the department to comply with the company s standards.
2. Prepare timely and accurate department reports to meet the requirements, objectives, and standards of the company and the department.
3. Ensure the satisfaction of internal and external customers to address their needs in a courteous and timely manner.
4. Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and processes in order for the work to be carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
5. Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices, work processes, cost effectiveness, and productivity enhancement.
6. Promote to other employees within the organization the implementation and adherence to policies, procedures, processes, and instructions.
7. Maintain a good and respectful relationship with other colleagues and represent the company in a good image.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Education and Certifications
A bachelor s degree in Business Administration or equivalent is required
MBA holders are preferable.
PMP/ PMOC/ Prince2
Knowledge and Experience
3 + years of experience in PMO and Project Management
