The Opportunity

This role suits experienced Independent Financial Advisors / Team Leader / Sales Manager who want to build and own their own advisory business. Advisors with leadership ambition can progress into Team Leader / Sales Manager roles, with support to build and manage advisory teams. This opportunity is best suited to professionals seeking a long-term advisory career built on ownership, client trust, and sustainable recurring income. This is a performance-based, entrepreneurial model focused on long-term recurring income, not a salaried sales role.

What You’ll Do

Advise clients across Life Insurance, savings and long-term financial planning, General Insurance, and Employee Benefits Build a long-term client portfolio and recurring income through renewals and trail fees For qualified candidates, recruit and lead advisors as a Team Leader / Sales Manager

Desired Candidate Profile

Experienced advisors with an existing client base or referral network Entrepreneurial mindset with a long-term focus Leadership or people-management experience is an advantage UAE market experience preferred What We Offer
