Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Your role in this regard will be crucial in helping us achieve our sales target, which in turn, will drive growth through retention for our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inbound Inquiry Management: Provide prompt response to inbound inquiries (calls, emails, chat, and social platforms, prioritizing those high-priority queries in a matter of minutes.
  • Service Knowledge: Understand customer requirements and match them with the appropriate cybersecurity services offered by Wattlecorp.
  • Client Information and CRM System Management: Qualify leads by accurately maintaining detailed client records, as well as updating CRM systems.
  • Product Demonstration and Technical Discussion: Schedule and coordinate product demos and technical discussions with the sales and/or the technical teams.
  • Lead Generation and Conversion: Follow up with potential clients through personalized communication techniques, thus nurturing relationships and guiding them through the purchase decision.
  • Sales Administration and Documentation: Actively engage in developing proposals, quotations, and preparing sales documentation.
  • Product and Marketing Expertise: Maintain a higher degree of product and market knowledge when handling customer queries.
  • Sales Performance and Optimization: Achieve individual and team-based sales and conversion targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

A bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Should possess a minimum of 1-year experience in inbound sales, handling customer support duties, or inside sales (fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply).
  • Basic understanding or interest in IT or cybersecurity concepts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong listening, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Should be able to expertly leverage CRM systems and relevant online communication tools (preferred, though not mandatory).
  • Exceptional command of the English Language (written and verbal).

Preferred Skills

  • Background or coursework in Information Technology or Cybersecurity.
  • A profound knowledge and understanding of sales pipelines and lead qualification.
  • Willingness to learn technical concepts and sales methodologies.
