Key Responsibilities

Guideline Maintenance and Sharing: Uphold and distribute standard VM guidelines with the team, ensuring alignment and consistency across displays.

VM Calendar Adherence: Keep track of and adhere to the VM calendar, ensuring that planning and preparations are made well in advance for upcoming visual updates or changes.

Support during Major VM Changes: Assist with significant VM modifications within the boutique, especially during the absence of a buyer.

Collaborate closely with Buyer and Operations Manager to ensure that visual displays reflect brand standards and current collections.

Mannequin Management: Provide assistance to the boutique and Operations Manager during the change of mannequins, especially when an item has been sold out or when specific sizes are no longer available.

Product Training and Refreshers: Coordinate and conduct refreshers on product knowledge at the boutique level with the team.

Highlight key points and product features, especially when introducing a new collection, to ensure the team is equipped with the necessary information.

The VM role requires close collaboration with both the Client Advisor team and other boutique-specific roles, such as Buyer and Operations Manager, to guarantee that the brand is consistently and effectively represented through visual displays.

To be successful in this role, you need to have

Passionate about luxury fashion with an understanding of brand essence.

Up-to-date with the latest visual merchandising trends and best practices.

Familiarity with the specific brand aesthetic and target audience.

Understand the relationship between visual merchandising and retail KPIs.

Multi-language proficiency is a plus.
