Key Responsibilities
Staff Management
Manage ROTA efficiently, ensuring optimal staffing levels at all times to maximize customer service and experience.
Oversee attendance and leaves, ensuring company policies are adhered to and any discrepancies are resolved promptly.
Conduct regular training sessions for the team on product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques.
Operations Management:
Assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the boutique, ensuring smooth and efficient running of the store.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as legal requirements.
Collaborate with the Boutique Manager to optimize operational processes and identify areas for improvement.
Customer service
Uphold the highest standards of customer service and ensure that all staff are maintaining these standards.
Address customer inquiries and resolve any customer complaints promptly and professionally.
Foster a positive and inclusive environment, enhancing the customer shopping experience.
Sales and Inventory:
Support the team in achieving sales targets and KPIs by identifying sales opportunities and trends.
Assist with inventory management, including stock takes, ordering, and visual merchandising.
Monitor and report on sales performance and inventory levels to the Boutique Manager.
To be successful for this role, you need to have
3 to 5 years of experience in luxury or premium retail, including 2 to 3 years in a similar role.
Local experience is preferable in luxury fashion.
Excellent Communication and Analytical skills.
Dynamic, energetic with friendly attitude.
Empathy and coaching techniques.
Strong Clienteling and CRM Techniques.
Passionate about luxury fashion and knowledgeable about industry trends.
Proficient in MS Office and retail management software.
