Roles & Responsibilities

What you'll do

  • Design and implement visually appealing displays to attract customers and promote products effectively.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure products are adequately stocked while minimizing overstock situations.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, understand customer preferences, and adjust strategies to optimize sales performance.
  • Train Merchandisers to ensure they understand company policies and procedures.
  • Announce promotional activities, sales events, and in-store promotions to drive traffic and boost sales.
  • Collaborate with the merchandising team to plan product assortments, pricing strategies, and promotions based on market trends and customer demand.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to make informed decisions and develop effective strategies.
  • Prepare regular reports on store performance, including sales metrics, inventory levels, and customer feedback, to assess progress and identify areas for improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

What you must have

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in product management or sales planning, or a related role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of product management and sales planning best practices.
