Roles & Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end import operations, including coordination with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers.

Prepare and review all import documentation and ensure timely submission for customs clearance.

Track and monitor shipments, providing timely updates to relevant stakeholders.

Audit and verify invoices related to clearance, courier, and freight liaise with Finance for processing.

Ensure strict compliance with Egyptian customs regulations and international trade standards.

Proactively resolve discrepancies or delays, and propose process improvements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain, Business Admin, or related field.

5 years of experience in import logistics ideally within freight forwarding, manufacturing, or trading.

Demonstrated expertise in customs clearance procedures and documentation.

Strong English language skills (written and verbal).

High proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with ERP/shipping systems is a plus.

Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
