Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Revise the follow up sheet on a daily basis.
- Following up the custodies and financial issues with brokers.
- Follow up the Ex- work and FOB offers and set comp. .
- Insert PO s and receiving the orders on the system and landed cost.
- Set the reports which required.
- Following up the operations with the brokers.
- Following up the demurrage refund with shipping lines and brokers and the suppliers.
- Getting the best rate from the brokers.
- Solve the operations problems.
- Generation of ACID numbers, and following shipments on Nafeza Platform
- Managing the shipment of goods through customs by completing all necessary documentation
- Coordinating with vendors to ensure that deliveries arrive on time and in full.
- Responsible for all booking procedures Import and negotiations with forwarders
- Coordinating shipping activities with other departments in an organized manner
- Preparing reports on shipping activity for senior management review
- Processing incoming shipments through customs, including collecting paperwork and filing documents with government agencies
- Coordinating with transportation providers to arrange pickup, delivery, and storage of goods in the most efficient and effective manner.
- Responsible for all shipments from purchase orders to delivery to clients in an efficient manner ensuring on time delivery
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience from 1:2 years preferably in the manufacturing field
- Experienced in dealing with Al-Nafeza and ACID no.
- V.good command of English language
- V.good Excel user
- Reporting and follow-up skills
- Males only
