Implementation & Onboarding Officer

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end implementation and onboarding of SaaS solutions for clients.
• Lead implementation teams and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Tech teams to ensure smooth and successful deployments.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Train clients on platform usage, best practices, and basic troubleshooting.
• Serve as the primary point of contact during onboarding, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
• Continuously improve onboarding processes to increase efficiency and scalability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in SaaS implementation or onboarding, preferably in fleet management, mobility, or rental solutions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with varying levels of complexity.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to translate client needs into actionable solutions.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Experience developing and optimizing onboarding playbooks, training materials, and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP or Agile certification is a plus.
