What You ll Do

* Maintain client records and correspondence using Excel and Outlook
* Provide guidance on required documents, timelines, and eligibility criteria
* Assist in updating CRM systems and report weekly conversion performance
* Work closely with other team members to achieve monthly sales targets
* Ensure professionalism, confidentiality, and empathy in all client communications

Ideal Profile

* Prior experience in telesales, immigration consulting, or customer support
* Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
* Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and basic computer tools
