Desired Candidate Profile

Applicants must hold a minimum of a Bachelor s Degree in Education from an accredited academic institution, with a specialization in science or a related discipline (Biology, Chemistry, or Physics). A recognized teaching qualification such as a PGCE, B.Ed., or equivalent is essential.

  • A UAE-Ministry of Education Teaching License is required.
  • Teaching experience of 3+ years is mandatory.
  • Full-time school experience with responsibility for a full class of students during an academic year.
  • Prior teaching experience in International Baccalaureate (IB) schools is highly desirable.
  • The experience must be within the relevant cycle and subject.
  • Leadership skills, including people management, student management, and classroom management.
  • Relationship Management skills with colleagues, parents, and students.
  • Communication skills and ability to adapt to all levels.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Change Management skills.
  • Innovation and Creativity.
  • Emotional Intelligence.
