Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Objective:

This position is resaved for Omani candidates only. To lead the ICV function to develop and deliver a 3-year Omanisation programs for the contract. To manage and supervise the ICV elements of the contract.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Degree in relevant subject & MSc or MBA is preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in any of Human Resources Management, Project Management, Operation Management, Business Administration, Training or equivalent experience.
  • He / She shall have skills and board experience in ICV management, development and training of Omanis and development of local community contractors.
