Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement business process management (BPM) solutions using IBM BPM technology.

Collaborate with business analysts to gather and analyze business requirements.

Model and implement workflows and business processes using BPMN.

Create user interfaces for BPM applications using IBM Business Process Manager tools.

Develop integrations with other applications and services to enable process automation.

Conduct testing and debugging of BPM applications to ensure functionality and performance.

Monitor and optimize the performance of BPM applications and services.

Provide support and maintenance for existing BPM processes and applications.

Document processes, workflows, and technical specifications.

Stay updated on IBM BPM features, best practices, and emerging trends in BPM technology.

Desired Candidate Profile

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

1-3 years of experience in developing and implementing BPM solutions using IBM BPM.

Relevant Skillsets:

Proficient in IBM BPM tools (e.g., Process Designer, IBM Integration Designer).

Strong experience with BPMN and workflow modeling.

Experience in integration technologies such as RESTful and SOAP web services.

Knowledge of Java and JavaScript for customization and enhancements.

Familiarity with database technologies (e.g., DB2, Oracle) and SQL.

Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

Understanding of Agile methodologies and working in an Agile team environment.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
