Roles & Responsibilities

What you’ll lead
The DP vision, annual action plan and self-evaluation against IB Programme Standards & Practices; authorisation/evaluation readiness.
IBIS operations and compliance (registrations, subject approvals, timelines) and high-quality delivery of the Core (TOK/CAS/EE).
Curriculum and timetable parameters (HL/SL pathways, languages, Core scheduling) in partnership with timetabling leads.
Assessment policy and calendar (IAs, mocks, predicted grades, academic honesty) with consistent moderation/standardisation.
Data-informed progress tracking (CAT4 baselines, IA/mocks, predicted-versus-actual, value-added) to drive interventions and reporting.
Post-results processes, university guidance alignment and parent communications.
Staff development (IB workshops, onboarding, coaching) and consistent use of ManageBac for courses, gradebooks and deadlines.
About you
Substantial, successful experience as a DP Coordinator (or Deputy with whole-programme responsibilities).
Proven expertise in IB authorisation/evaluation, IBIS administration, IA/moderation, predicted grades and post-results services.
Strong curriculum and assessment leadership, including HL/SL planning and Core oversight (TOK/CAS/EE).
Data-savvy, collaborative and calm under pressure; excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Confident with ManageBac and digital workflows; committed to safeguarding and inclusive practice.
