Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct IAM assessments to evaluate current state, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.

Develop and present IAM strategy and roadmap documents aligned with business and compliance needs.

Design identity lifecycle management processes (onboarding, role changes, offboarding) to enforce security and efficiency.

Define and implement role-based access control (RBAC) and attribute-based access control (ABAC) models.

Advise on authentication and federation architectures including SSO, MFA, and standards such as SAML, OAuth2, and OIDC.

Support access governance initiatives, including access reviews, certification campaigns, and segregation of duties (SoD).

Implementing and integrating IAM solutions with enterprise applications, cloud platforms, and directory services (AD, Azure AD, LDAP).

Assist organizations in developing IAM policies, procedures, and standards that align with regulatory requirements (NCA, ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, SOX).

Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure IAM designs align with the organization s cybersecurity architecture and zero trust principles.

Deliver consulting reports, documentation, and recommendations to stakeholders, including technical teams and executives.

Educate and train stakeholders on IAM best practices to improve awareness and adoption.

Stay updated on emerging IAM technologies, threats, and compliance requirements to provide forward-looking guidance.

Desired Candidate Profile
