Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Achievement: Actively strive to meet and exceed sales targets by expertly presenting our product offerings, identifying upselling opportunities, and delivering solutions that meet individual customer needs.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed on Niceone s evolving digital retail product line and market trends to confidently assist customers with purchasing decisions.
  • Order Processing: Efficiently operate digital POS systems for accurate and seamless point-of-sale transactions while maintaining organized sales records.
  • Customer Relationships: Foster trust and loyalty through effective communication, ongoing support, and post-sale follow-up with customers in the Riyadh community.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with colleagues across sales and store operations, sharing insights and working together to elevate the overall customer experience.
  • Visual Merchandising: Contribute to maintaining store presentation and merchandise organization, ensuring the retail space reflects Niceone s excellence and brand standards.
  • Issue Resolution: Address customer questions or concerns promptly and professionally, seeking appropriate solutions or escalating as necessary.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; additional qualifications in sales or retail will be valued.

Experience: Minimum of one year in retail sales or customer-facing roles is desirable; previous experience in digital retail or e-commerce is a plus.
