Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Install, service, and troubleshoot HVAC systems (AHU/FAHU, FCU, split/VRF as applicable)
  • Perform ducting and insulation works; support chilled water/refrigerant piping works
  • Diagnose faults (airflow, controls, valves, dampers, sensors) and complete rectification efficiently
  • Support testing & commissioning activities: flushing/pressure tests, balancing support, functional checks, and punch list closure
  • Read drawings and follow method statements; ensure work meets project specs and safety requirements
  • Maintain daily work reports and coordinate with the site engineer on materials and priorities

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 3 years HVAC technician experience in the UAE
  • Strong hands-on troubleshooting and installation skills
  • Ability to read drawings and use standard HVAC tools/meters
  • Trade certificate/ITI/Diploma preferred
  • Good communication and disciplined site work practices
  • UAE driving license
