Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Inspect and troubleshoot HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency, identifying issues before they escalate.
Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn or broken parts to prolong equipment lifespan.
Install new HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations, and providing customized solutions based on client needs.
Calibrate thermostats and controls to enhance system functionality and occupant comfort, adapting settings based on seasonal demands.
Preferred Valid UAE Deriving License.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent, with vocational training in HVAC technology to provide a strong foundational knowledge.
- Certification from a recognized HVAC program, ensuring proficiency in essential skills and industry standards.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance within residential and commercial settings.
- Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations to ensure compliance during installations and repairs.
