Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for HVAC maintenance, AMC contracts, duct cleaning, and retrofit services
  • Generate leads through client visits, cold calls, references, and online inquiries
  • Conduct site visits to understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams for scope finalization
  • Prepare and follow up on technical and commercial proposals
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close service contracts and projects
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key accounts
  • Coordinate with operations, procurement, and engineering teams for smooth execution after order confirmation
  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain sales reports, client database, and follow-up records

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (preferred)
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in HVAC sales, maintenance, or contracting services
  • Experience in HVAC AMC, maintenance services, duct cleaning, or retrofit projects is an advantage
  • Knowledge of industrial and commercial HVAC systems
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
  • Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach
  • Valid driving license (mandatory)
  • GCC / Saudi Arabia experience preferred
