We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Maintenance Technician with expertise in a range of equipment including VRF systems, air-cooled chillers, package/DX units, split AC units, AHUs/FCUs, and more. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience and a strong technical background in HVAC maintenance. With a focus on quality service and attention to detail, the HVAC Maintenance Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation and longevity of HVAC systems.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform routine maintenance tasks on various HVAC equipment, including VRF systems, air-cooled chillers, package/DX units, split AC units, AHUs/FCUs, and related components.
2. Conduct inspections and assessments to identify potential issues and recommend appropriate repairs or replacements.
3. Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions in HVAC systems, utilizing knowledge of equipment operation and technical manuals.
4. Execute repair and replacement tasks for defective components and parts, ensuring adherence to manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
5. Utilize specialized tools and equipment to perform maintenance and repair tasks effectively.
6. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to coordinate maintenance schedules and prioritize workload.
7. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work performed, parts used, and service schedules.
8. Provide technical support and guidance to junior technicians as needed.
9. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in HVAC maintenance.
10. Uphold a strong commitment to safety protocols and regulations while working on HVAC systems.

Qualifications:

1. ITI/Diploma in HVAC or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in HVAC maintenance, with a focus on equipment such as VRF systems, air-cooled chillers, package/DX units, split AC units, AHUs/FCUs, etc.
3. Comprehensive understanding of HVAC systems and components, including installation, maintenance, and repair procedures.
4. Proficiency in troubleshooting complex HVAC issues and implementing effective solutions.
5. Strong technical aptitude and ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
6. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
7. Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
8. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
9. Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
