Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation of HVAC systems and related components on clients' premises.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including coil cleaning and lubrication of moving parts.
• Provide support to senior technicians during system troubleshooting and diagnostics.
• Conduct basic repairs and troubleshoot issues related to HVAC systems under supervision.
• Ensure compliance with company safety standards and industry regulations at all times.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used during repairs.
• Communicate effectively with clients to explain system issues and recommended solutions.
• Assist in inventory management and ordering of parts and supplies as needed.
• Participate in training sessions to increase technical knowledge and professional skills.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams related to HVAC systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer service and operational efficiency.
• Monitor and report on systems performance to ensure optimal functionality and efficiency.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in HVAC is preferred.
• Basic understanding of HVAC systems and components, including ventilation and heat pumps.
• Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively with senior technicians and team members.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in technical repairs and installations.
• Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
• Willings to work in various environments and conditions, including confined spaces or heights.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job locations and client sites.
• Possession of, or willingness to obtain, necessary certifications for HVAC tasks.
