Lines &Vision Elite seek to attract Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Design Engineers.

Job Description

• Preparing all tender documents (design drawings, BOQ, and technical specifications.
• Computer-aided design using AUTOCAD & REVIT software and tools related to HVAC discipline.
• HVAC design, HVAC load calculations (HAP), ventilation calculations, duct layout, piping layout, and equipment selection
• Responsible for creating and developing refrigeration and heating systems for hospital, residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
• Produce the required detailed drawings for designed HVAC systems.
• Coordinate with other discipline works and produce composite layouts after solving different clashes aiming to produce zero-clash models.
• Perform AC load estimation calculations and ventilation calculations as per the relevant codes and building requirements.

Job Requirements

• 7 years of design experience in HVAC systems (including chilled water, VRF systems, etc.).
• Auto CAD & Revit proficiency is a must.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft office.
• Good in written and spoken English
• Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC design standards and codes, HVAC load calculations (HAP), ventilation calculations, duct layout, piping layout, and equipment selection
• Comprehensive knowledge of ASHRAE, NFPA & international standards of HVAC.
• Previous experience in preparing all tender documents (design drawings, BOQ, and technical specifications).
• Previous experience in different types of projects (Hospitals, Hospitably, Commercial, Residential & Mixed Use).
