Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct periodic inspections preventative maintenance on existing HVAC systems, which includes cleaning filters ducts, lubricating moving parts, checking refrigerant levels, ensuring all components are functioning efficiently.


Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols, including proper handling and disposal of refrigerants (e.g., EPA regulations) and compliance with OSHA and local building codes.
