Roles & Responsibilities

Job Title: HR Supervisor
Company Name: Master Group
Location: 5th Settlement
Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
Responsible for supporting HR strategies, programs, and initiatives that align with organizational goals. Promote a positive, inclusive, high-performance environment while following up on daily HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support talent acquisition and onboarding.
2. Develop engagement and retention strategies.
3. Promote inclusion, diversity, and belonging.
4. Develop and maintain HR policies and compliance.
5. Provide guidance on employee relations issues.
6. Monitor compliance with labor law and regulations.
7. Analyze HR metrics and provide insights.
8. Calculate and process payroll monthly.
9. Follow up on daily HR operations (attendance, documents, HR requests, employee inquiries).

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5 7 years HR experience including 2+ years in a supervisory/senior role.


Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of labor law, payroll, and social insurance.
  • Supervisory and HR operations management skills.
  • Communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS.
