We are looking for a skilled HR Officer who will recruit, support and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures. You will be responsible for administrative tasks and you ll contribute to making the company a better place to work.


RESPONSIBILITIES

- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Provide counseling on policies and procedures
- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
- Prepare and process monthly salaries & payroll, ensuring accuracy & compliance with company policies
- Develop and manage annual leave plans and monitor leave utilization
- Create and implement effective onboarding plans
- Develop training and development programs
- Assist in performance management processes
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
- Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance

QUALIFICATIONS
A Bachelor s degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Professional HR qualification and membership to a HR body or equivalent
At least 3 year s hands on human resources management experience.
Experience working with multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams across various sites
Knowledge of Kuwait Labors law and practices
Knowledge of employee relations policies, procedures and experience in their implementation.
Experience in implementing Human Resources Management Information Systems.
Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft applications
Transferable article 18 residential visa
Good communication and writing skills in Arabic and English
