Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.

Ensure compliance with Qatar labor laws and hospital policies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master s degree preferred.
Proven experience as an HR Manager in healthcare or hospital settings.
Knowledge of Qatar labor laws and HR best practices.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
