Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Ensure administrative management of personnel : employee files, contracts, certificates, leave, absences.
- Participate in the integration of new employees (welcome, presentation of procedures, adaptation monitoring).
- Participate in payroll management: collection and verification of data (timekeeping, overtime).
- Ensure the link with institutions and social partners (CNAS, insurance, external organizations).
- Experience in a similar post
- Good knowledge of HR processes and labor law.
- Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel) and HR software (a plus).
- Good oral and written expression.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Participate in the recruitment process: writing and distributing advertisements, sorting applications, making calls, organizing interviews.
