Roles & Responsibilities

  • Role Description
  • We are seeking a qualified HR Generalist with proven experience in recruitment, performance management, payroll administration, and employee onboarding.
  • Key Responsibilities include:
  • Recruitment and onboarding
  • Performance management and grading structures
  • Payroll processing
  • Employee relations and HR policies
  • Leave and attendance management
  • HR reporting and record maintenance
  • Ensuring full compliance with Kuwait Labor Law
  • Supporting training and development initiatives
  • Qualifications
  • - Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, (graduates of foreign/international universities preferred)
  • - Proven experience as a Human Resources Generalist
  • - Excellent knowledge of employment contracts, Kuwait labor laws, and other HR-related laws and regulations
  • - Hands-on experience with HR software and HR metrics
  • - Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • - Demonstrated ability to handle employee issues confidentially and with discretion
  • - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • - Able to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • - Fluency in English and Arabic languages
  • - Certification in Human Resources Management is a plus
