Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Administer and coordinate day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company standards.
  • Manage employee records, benefits administration, and payroll processes with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace issues.
  • Facilitate performance management processes, including evaluations, feedback, and development plans.
  • Assist in the resolution of employee relations issues, conducting investigations and recommending appropriate actions.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and engagement.
  • Support organizational change initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of progressive experience in human resources, preferably in a Startup and Manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience managing HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport across all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within an office environment.
  • Experience supporting change management and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Work Location is 10th of Ramadan
  • Residence in 10th of Ramadan or nearby
