Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Administer and coordinate day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Support the implementation and enforcement of HR policies, procedures, and best practices in compliance with labor laws.
- Manage employee relations by addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace environment.
- Oversee benefits administration, payroll coordination, and leave management for all staff.
- Assist in performance management processes, including evaluations, feedback sessions, and development plans.
- Maintain accurate and confidential HR records, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company standards.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and support talent acquisition efforts.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4 to 8 years of progressive experience in human resources, preferably within the manufacturing or apparel industry.
- Demonstrated knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Experience with HRIS and payroll systems.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Willingness to support and drive company culture and employee engagement initiatives.
