Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer.
- Partner with hiring managers to define roles and hiring needs.
- Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and induction.
- Maintain relationships with external recruitment sources.
- Personnel Administration:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files.
- Prepare employment contracts, amendments, and termination documents.
- Handle employee lifecycle activities (hiring, promotions, transfers, offboarding).
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
- Manage personnel documentation related to social insurance, medical insurance, and government reporting.
- Coordinate employee registration, deregistration, and updates with social insurance and labor authorities.
- Payroll & Compensation:
- Collect and verify payroll data (attendance, overtime, leave, etc.).
- Coordinate payroll processing and ensure timely, accurate execution.
- Administer employee benefits and handle payroll-related inquiries.
- Ensure payroll compliance and maintain proper records.
- Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
- Support employee relations and ensure fair policy application.
- Promote a positive work environment and manage engagement initiatives.
- Monitor employee satisfaction and recommend improvement strategies.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Medical background is a plus
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR compliance standards.
- Demonstrated experience in recruitment, personnel management, payroll, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and resolve conflict.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
