Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding:
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define roles and hiring needs.
  • Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and induction.
  • Maintain relationships with external recruitment sources.
  • Personnel Administration:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files.
  • Prepare employment contracts, amendments, and termination documents.
  • Handle employee lifecycle activities (hiring, promotions, transfers, offboarding).
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
  • Manage personnel documentation related to social insurance, medical insurance, and government reporting.
  • Coordinate employee registration, deregistration, and updates with social insurance and labor authorities.
  • Payroll & Compensation:
  • Collect and verify payroll data (attendance, overtime, leave, etc.).
  • Coordinate payroll processing and ensure timely, accurate execution.
  • Administer employee benefits and handle payroll-related inquiries.
  • Ensure payroll compliance and maintain proper records.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement:
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
  • Support employee relations and ensure fair policy application.
  • Promote a positive work environment and manage engagement initiatives.
  • Monitor employee satisfaction and recommend improvement strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Medical background is a plus
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR compliance standards.
  • Demonstrated experience in recruitment, personnel management, payroll, and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and resolve conflict.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
