Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Administer and coordinate day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Support employee relations by addressing inquiries, resolving workplace issues, and fostering a positive organizational culture.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs to support business objectives.
  • Coordinate and facilitate employee training, development initiatives, and performance management processes.
  • assist in benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and employee communications.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, conducting regular audits and updating documentation as needed.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics for management, identifying trends and recommending improvements.
  • Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying attendance, leave, and other relevant data.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
  • Solid understanding of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR information systems.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in an office-based, fast-paced environment.
