Job Overview Full-Spectrum HR Operations and Ambassador Care
As a Human Resources Executive, you will be involved in all aspects of HR administration, employee relations, visa and legal compliance, payroll processing, and training coordination. You ll work closely with the HR Manager and departmental leaders to execute the hotel s strategic HR objectives while fostering a healthy, productive, and inclusive workplace for all team members referred to as Ambassadors at Accor.

What You ll Do

* Coordinate recruitment processes, onboarding, and reference checks in line with manning budgets
* Maintain personnel files, legal documents, and HR databases (e.g., Oasys and Interflex)
* Process payroll in collaboration with the finance team; verify attendance and leave records
* Manage Emirates ID registration, medical insurance enrollments, visa processing, and medical testing in coordination with the PR department and nurse
* Assist with monthly and ad hoc reporting (turnover, absenteeism, health and safety, benefits)
* Plan and organize ambassador welfare activities, including outings, sports events, and cafeteria quality monitoring
* Advise employees and department heads on HR policies, disciplinary procedures, and grievance handling in accordance with UAE labor law
* Coordinate and document performance appraisals, internal promotions, and succession planning
* Participate in training needs analysis, ambassador onboarding, and learning session planning
* Monitor ambassador accommodation and transportation logistics in collaboration with the housing team
* Ensure HR operations comply with government regulations and Sofitel/Accor corporate policies
* Cultivate respectful, confidential, and culturally sensitive employee relations at all levels
* Maintain compliance with workplace diversity, anti-discrimination, and health & safety guidelines
* Contribute to HR strategy planning and staff engagement improvements

Ideal Profile Hospitality HR Operations Professional

* Post-secondary education or diploma in Human Resources or related field
* At least 2 3 years of experience in a similar HR supervisory or executive role in a luxury hotel
* Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR compliance practices
* Experience in payroll processing, HRIS systems (Oasys preferred), and reporting
* Highly organized with strong planning and multitasking skills
* Confident in cross-functional communication and team engagement
* Approachable, discreet, and dependable with strong problem-solving abilities
* Comfortable working in a multicultural environment and managing diverse employee needs
* Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
