Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage the entire recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening, interviews, hiring, and appointment, and meet all staffing needs and requirements to attract, select, and retain employees.
Manage and review performance indicators (Performance Measures) periodically in coordination with all relevant parties (Printing Manager, Production Supervisor, CEO).

Manage the fingerprint attendance system.

Review employee leave, attendance, and absence records.

Review social security and any updates related to payroll calculations and build strong relationships with the Ministry of Labor.

Submit the final monthly payroll statement to the accounting department for processing after accounting for applicable changes.

Thoroughly review salaries, benefits, incentives, and allowances.

Conduct salary reviews and comparisons to ensure appropriate salaries, allowances, and benefits that attract skilled workers.

Ensure the proper integration of new employees (administrative and operational) into the printing press culture by implementing a training and orientation program for all new employees based on their job level. Foster a positive work environment and enhance employee engagement and satisfaction by proposing incentives to create a healthy work environment (e.g., meals/workplace that ensures occupational health and safety).

Develop and implement employee recognition and reward programs such as holiday, back-to-school, and Ramadan bonuses.

Manage and oversee the performance appraisal system and ensure timely and constructive feedback and advice are provided to all managers.

Identify training and development needs and implement the necessary programs to meet them.

Work with the CEO to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the overall business objectives.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Serve as the point of contact for employee issues and complaints, and resolve workplace conflicts.

Prepare monthly payroll and coordinate with the accounting department.

Provide regular feedback to management on HR, performance, and employee satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources management, preferably in an industrial environment.

Specialized study in Human Resources, such as a certificate/diploma in Human Resources, is preferred.

Sound knowledge of personnel affairs, Egyptian labor law, benefits and compensation, recruitment, and hiring.

Knowledge of HR principles related to performance appraisal, training, recruitment, rewards and compensation, hiring and termination, and HR policies and systems.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Familiarity with methods for monitoring and measuring individual and organizational performance to identify areas for development and improvement.

Excellent listening and communication skills for problem-solving.

Ability to motivate and create a healthy work environment for individuals.

Ability to make decisions that benefit the organization.

Ability to understand human behavior, accept individual differences and preferences, and encourage the team to utilize their strengths for the benefit of the work.

Excellent time management skills.

Ability to encourage and create a healthy work environment for individuals.

Excellent listening and communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and integrity in dealings.
