Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings, maintaining employee records, and preparing HR documents.
  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all documentation and procedures are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain and update HR databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate employee training sessions, workshops, and performance evaluations.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare reports and presentations related to HR metrics and activities for management review.
  • Assist in organizing company events, employee engagement activities, and wellness programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in all HR administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support cross-functional HR initiatives and projects.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-9 years of relevant experience in HR administration or office management.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with HR software and databases.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Saudi labor laws and HR best practices is an advantage.
