We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for a Human Factors Specialist to join our collaborative team at WSP Research and Innovation Centre in Petone, Lower Hutt. In this role, you will work closely with colleagues to manage and contribute to a diverse range of Human Factors projects for clients in the transportation and infrastructure sectors. Success in this position relies on building strong client relationships, supporting business development, and actively fostering a culture of teamwork and shared achievement.
This role requires the successful candidate to be located in Wellington or willing to relocate.

Desired Candidate Profile
Relevant postgraduate qualification in appropriate field or experience in human factors.
Preferably 5 - 10 years professional experience.
Knowledge and research experience of a broad range of human factors principles and methods.
Experience in the Transport sector advantageous.
Current, clean drivers license.
