Roles & Responsibilities

Role Overview

  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees regarding employee relations policies, procedures, and labor law compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, regulations, and company policies in all employee relation activities.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of investigations, disciplinary actions, and employee relations cases.
  • Assist in developing and implementing employee engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Collaborate with HR team members to support other Human Capital functions such as talent acquisition, performance management, training, and compensation.
  • Participate in policy reviews and recommend updates to align with best practices and legal requirements.
  • Contribute to the creation of a positive organizational culture aligned with company values.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in employee relations; exposure to other Human Capital functions is highly desirable.
  • Previous work experience in construction or general contracting industry is preferred.
  • Preferably holds a CIPD, SHRM, or any other recognized professional HR certification.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and employee relations practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential matters with discretion.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
  • Candidate must be Saudi National.
