Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities:

Daily tasks and delivery expectation

  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of tasks across payroll, offboarding, and HC data change processes.
  • Lead updates and maintenance of key documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and RACI matrices for different HC services such as payroll and absence management.
  • Validate senior-level data points, including Sapience profiles, bank details, and insurance jurisdiction, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Supervise the offboarding process, ensuring all required procedures are followed and exit documentation is completed.
  • Oversee and enhance operational activities related to HC services, including record maintenance, contract management, and adherence to company policies
  • Provide strategic support for HC operations through data management, reporting, and leadership of HC-related projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of people operations and proactively address issues or concerns
  • Mentor and support junior associates, fostering development and knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Contribute to other HC-related practices and initiatives as needed
  • Partner with Finance, Rewards, and HC Operations teams to resolve escalations and align on service delivery standards
