Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day Human Capital functions and processes related to heavy industry / Oil & Gas.
  • Oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all.
  • Support and manage the deployment of large volumes of project-specific labor
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations, mitigating risk and maintaining a legally sound workplace.
  • Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement, providing data-driven recommendations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Based in or can relocate to, Habshan ,Western Region, Abu Dhabi
  • Holds relevant certifications such as SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP, or other HR certifications.
  • Has 10+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a focus on HR operations and administration.
  • Displays strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret HR data and metrics, providing data-driven insights.
