Key Expert #2: Hub Development Process Expert – Resident
Category 1 (Xp over 12 years)
Qualifications and skills - Higher education diploma at master's level or equivalent in agricultural sciences, agroeconomics, agro-industry, economics, development sciences, political science etc. or equivalent or equivalent professional experience of at least 10 years; - Mother tongue: Arabic (Tunisian). General professional experience - At least 10 years' experience in agricultural and/or economic development, agricultural financing, adaptation to climate change, including at least 2 references in the field of development cooperation. Specific professional experience - At least 8 years' experience in supporting and advising public and private structures in Tunisia, preferably in structures offering support services to operators in the agriculture, fisheries and aquaculture sectors and associated value chains (references desired). Desired experience - Experience in supporting institutional dialogue and developing professional networks (hubs, clusters, etc.) in the context of private sector support projects, preferably in the agriculture, fisheries and aquaculture sectors in Tunisia (references desired); - Experience in the field of capacity building with the practice of innovative approaches (references desired); - Experience in the application of gender-sensitive methods.
